WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Hungry for a great job with a filling experience?  The In- Park Services department is seeking motivated leaders able to rally their teams to provide a first class guest experience.  As an In- Park Services Senior Supervisor, you will focus on team work, cleanliness, sanitation and guest first standards, cost controls and budget guidelines.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

• Promotes Guest First Standards, Total Safety Culture, and Park/Departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensures that In- Park Services locations are working at peak speed and efficiency, implementing and offering ideas to improve speed of service
• Proactively works toward continual cleanliness improvement, both in the moment and develops plans to have consistent SOPs in place moving forward
• Proactive Safety follow-up is critical as a job function
• Oversee all areas of operations with regard to service, employee productivity, revenue growth, sanitation, safety, and training.
• Implementation and follow up on employee incentive plans, sales building procedures, and inventory procedures.
• Meeting budgeted food and labor costs. Understands scheduling and purchasing and how they relate to cost controls.
• Responsible for recipe/nutritional information compliance by ensuring all teams are following and supporting recipes consistently with available nutritional information.
• Communicates with full-time supervisor, employees and management daily
• Be proactive in creation of new ideas, concepts and production improvements
• Recruit, select, motivate, discipline and assist in training of Team Leaders, Leads, and Team Members.
• Attend all required training by Department or Company.
• Other duties as directed by Management.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• TABC, Sanitation, Cashier Certifications, Leadership Certifications
• The ability to work varied and long shifts plus weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must have past or current leadership experience in Food Service.
