WHAT WE PROVIDE:
This is a year-round Leadership position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the multiple-levels in the In- Park Services Department
- Revenue Generation – Ensure that the department is continually focused on maximizing revenue generation through locations opening (on time), maximization of register / line speed / kitchen speed, creating contests and competitions to encourage revenue generation
- Maximizing Profitability – Ensures that loss is at a minimum and we are continually re-evaluating the process of COS management and profitability maximization
- Maintenance – Constant evaluation of equipment, Maximo work orders, follow through on work orders and communication with Full Time on equipment needing repair and replacement
- Fills in when needed for coverage in Senior Supervisor shifts as well as any seasonal support when needed
- Constant evaluation of process improvement of all levels and aspects of the department, no matter what level or location
- Enhance our In- Park Services Mantra through our team’s actions
- Attend all required training by Department or Company.
- Other duties as directed by Management.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Wiling to work a flexible shift including nights, weekends and holidays
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- TABC, Sanitation, Cashier Certifications, Leadership Certifications
- The ability to work varied and long shifts plus weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must have past or current Senior Supervisor Leadership experience in Food Service.
- “Restaurant Redesign” required for interview – Utilizing Current Experience, what location would you change? Include Idea and potential kitchen / restaurant rough layout
