WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Six Flags Fiesta Texas is hiring a talented Food and Beverage Team Lead to assist the department supervisor in overseeing a designated restaurant and/or area. This position is accountable for delivering a superior guest experience, while enforcing all park policies and procedures. 

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

• Training Team Members during their “On the Job” training shifts 
• Performing management functions on the register  
• Opening and closing designated locations 
• Motivating and coaching Team Members 
• Assisting cashiers with cash handling procedures (ex: coupons, meal vouchers, etc.) 
• Assisting Seasonal Supervisors in measuring Team Member performance through training verifications, audits, and performance evaluations 
• Enforcing all Six Flags policies 
• Assisting supervisor in assigning positions daily to optimize staffing 
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned 
• Complying with and enforcing department grooming guidelines  

WHAT YOU NEED:

• At least 16 years old 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Work independently with little supervision 

OTHER NOTES:

• All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole. 
• Reports to Food and Beverage Operations Seasonal Supervisor
