Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee all operational functions related to the safe and effective operation of the Main Gate area and Guest Relations area, which includes: Ticket Taking, Ticket Cashiers, Guest Relations, Ticket Will Call, Rentals and VIP services.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of direct reports and Team Members.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Park policies and procedures including labor laws.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all aspects of the corporate safety and health compliance program.
• Responsible for impacting overall Guest satisfaction by championing Guest service programs and initiatives.
• Ensure that all Team Members within each assigned department are properly trained and equipped to perform their job responsibilities.
• Enforce all Park policies and procedures and maintain all Six Flags standards.
• Assist with budget preparation, monitoring and forecasting.
• Maintain and update SOP's and training materials.
• Maintaining continuous management of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, service capacity, and efficiency.
• Take shifts as the division Duty Manager as well as Rides Duty Manager as assigned.
• Other tasks and projects as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum two years' experience in Theme Park Operations Management or Supervision.
• Computer literacy. Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
• Leadership ability with a team oriented approach.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong motivational, leadership, and team building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals through motivation and delegation, as well as through established systems.
• Good organizational skills, creative, outgoing, detail oriented, and self-motivator.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
