Seasonal Manager: National Support Center

Job Duties:

  • Leads the day-to-day operations of the National Support Center; ensuring employees achieve program goals
  • Selects, supervises, trains, develops, and evaluates seasonal supervisors and team members
  • Manages and handles guest concerns and ensures core teams respond to guest comments within standard timelines, including communications by phone, chat, email and additional web-based sources.
  • Manages Limited Partner program, resolving all communications within six hours of receipt
  • Manages the Corporate Guest Relations Program including Company-wide Membership knowledge, collection issues and serving as a liaison to the Corporate Team.
  • Manages Six Flags Social Media Program for all parks, including reviews, content updates and social media posts.
  • Ensures teams are proactively guest friendly and guest first standards are followed and enforced
  • Ensures all guest and employee areas maintain a standard of excellence for cleanliness at all times
  • Ensures teams provide fast service; consistently achieving a prompt resolution for guest inquiries
  • Ensures compliance with safety standards
  • Ensures all training requirements and testing procedures are adhered to as set forth by Six Flags policies and procedures
  • Completing onboarding of new hires including processing i9s
  • Maintains and updates standard operating procedures and training materials to accommodate changing business needs
  • Assists with budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting
  • Must be able to maintain working and professional interdepartmental relationships with other departments and parks.
  • Personally, provides friendly, clean, fast, and safe service for guests and teams
  • Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Minimum of one year leadership experience – preferably in a high-volume or hospitality related environment
      • Excellent administrative skills, including organization, budget control, and time management
      • Proven skills managing and developing teams
      • Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and creative thinker
      • Ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously and meet deadlines in an efficient, timely manner
      • Excellent motivational, leadership, and team-building skills
      • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed
      • Must be able to report to duty as needed, with limited notice during situations such as inclement weather preparation/recovery
      • Ability to operate a variety of equipment (company vehicles, cleaning equipment, etc.)
      • High School diploma required and some college preferred
