Part-Time Human Resources Office Clerk

Req IDJOB SUMMARY:
Assist with the daily operation and general activities in the Human Resources office including weekends, holidays, and evenings
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Activation of New/Returning Hires, International Hires, and Lessee/Vendor Employees in UKG-HR System
- Checks for and inputs status changes such as pay rate changes, a/c transfers, address updates, direct deposits, and various other status changes in UKG-HR System
- Tracks and reports on orientation and department training status and updates
- Uploading and filing completed documents and make copies when requested
- Assist with planning and execution of Employee Relations Events
- Assist with instant recognition program Team Six
- Maintaining stocks with administrative supplies, receiving and counting inventory
- Support all other areas of HR and any other duties assigned by Management
- Provide superb guest-service to our employees
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diplomat or equivalent-some college preferred, but not required
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, vibrant team environment
- General knowledge or willingness to learn UKG, Employee Attendance & Security, Optimum 8
- Friendly, outgoing personality, and desire to interact with Team Members and address their needs
- 1 years+ experience in data entry or administrative type work preferred-but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format
- Be flexible and adaptable to change, as well as the ability and willingness to assist in other aspects of Human Resources and park operations.
