WHAT WE PROVIDE:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Retail Lead, you will assist the seasonal supervisor and clerks in stocking, cleaning, and attending to day-to-day responsibilities, which assure efficient and appealing store function. This position is accountable for delivering a superior Guest experience, while enforcing all park policies and procedures. 

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

• Opening and/or closing stores 
• Handling voids and minor customer issues  
• Assisting or directing others in store and display setup and maintenance as needed  
• Operating cash register with reasonable accuracy and efficiency 
• Performing sales and customer service functions 
• Maintaining a neat, friendly, and pleasant demeanor  
• Maintaining a clean and safe sales area and work environment 
• Communicating effectively with team members, fellow leads, and supervisors  
• Stocking bins, shelves, and displays with merchandise 
• Enforcing all Six Flags policies 
• Assisting in other areas of the Retail Department 
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Cash handling departments may be required to pass a math test 
• Good communication skills/ reading and writing skills 
• Ability to conduct point of sale transactions accurately
• Ability to learn to stock and display merchandise 
• Be able to communicate effectively, including the ability to read, write and speak

OTHER NOTES:

• All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole. 
• Reports To Retail Supervisor
