Stand and Restaurant Team Lead - Food and Beverage Operations

As a Stand and Restaurant Team Lead at the Thrill Capital of New England... 

You’ll contribute to our mission by:

• Supporting the Six Flags Mantra – Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service
• Training Team Members
• Motivating and coaching Team Members within the department
• Opening and closing designated stand or restaurant
• Creating and executing an efficient break plan; enforcing and supporting Six Flags New England labor policies 
• Ordering product and maintain adequate product levels; Completing a weekly inventory of product in location
• Assisting cashiers (ex: coupons, meal vouchers, membership programs etc.)
• Assisting Seasonal Supervisors in measuring Team Member performance through training verifications, audits, and performance evaluations
• Responding and resolving guest concerns
• Communicating park or team related concerns to supervisor
• ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
• Complying with, and enforcing park grooming guidelines
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
